Online Visa Services (OVS) is an independent travel facilitator and private visa assistance consultancy. We are neither a government agency nor directly affiliated with any embassy or consulate.

Our role is limited to profile review, document pre-screening, digital form compilation, consular appointment scheduling, and procedural guidance. You have the option to apply directly through official embassy portals without our facilitation services.

The sole and absolute authority to grant or reject any visa petition rests entirely with the respective foreign embassy, high commission, or consular division.

• OVS provides professional preparation to maximize approval probability, but cannot guarantee visa issuance.
• Embassy decision turnarounds, processing delays, additional interview demands, and biometric scheduling backlogs remain under government jurisdiction and are outside our direct control.

Our pricing is broken down transparently between Official Consular / Government Fees and OVS Professional Service Fees:

• Government / Embassy Fees: These are non-refundable under all circumstances once disbursed to consular authorities or appointment centers.
• OVS Service Fees: Once our visa officers have initiated documentation auditing or submitted files, our consultation fee is deemed fully earned and non-refundable.
• In the event an application is canceled prior to our team initiating filing, a partial refund minus administrative review expenses may be granted upon formal request.

By utilizing our platform, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• All biographical data, passport scans, financial records, and itinerary vouchers uploaded are genuine, unadulterated, and truthful.
• Submitting fraudulent, altered, or misleading documentation is a serious crime under international immigration laws and will result in instant cancellation of services and potential embassy blacklisting.

We strongly advise applicants not to purchase non-refundable flight tickets or hotel stays before obtaining official visa grant confirmation from the relevant embassy, unless explicitly mandated as part of the country's preliminary filing rules.

OVS bears no liability for financial loss resulting from travel delays, flight cancellations, or denied boardings resulting from consulate decisions.
